Frequently Asked Questions
Got questions about the church? You've hit the right spot! Here is a list of frequently asked questions to help you out! If you still need help, visit the Contact Us page and shoot us a message and we will be sure to get back to you!
What Time is Church?
We would love to see you at our Worship Services! Worship starts at 10:30a and usually lasts til noon. You can also come for morning classes! We offer several different classes for all ages that start at 9:30a.
What Type of Service do You Have?
We try to make our service enjoyable to all generations. We sing a mix of the best contemporary worship songs (like those heard on KLOVE) and the best of the hymns!
Do You Have Communion Weekly?
Yes! We offer the Lord's Supper every week! It is available for all who want to follow Jesus.
What Services do you Offer for Children?
We love to minister to you as well as your children. We have a nursery for infants and young toddlers. There are Morning Classes for each age group, including teenagers! During the worship service, children ages 3-7 attend a special lesson while the adults listen to the sermon.
What Denomination are You?
We are not part of any denomination. We are a body of people committed to being the church as described in the Bible. If you want to know what we believe, check out our page devoted to that! All decisions about our church are made by our church leaders, and all of our finances are overseen by our Board of Directors and the money goes directly to church ministries!
What do You Believe?
We have an entire page dedicated to just this question! Click here to learn more!
What should I wear?
Come as you are. We care about you -- not your clothes!
How do I start to meet some people and get involved?
We'd love to see you at our events! A great way to meet people and get involved is to go to Wednesday Night Life. We have a delicious meal at 6p, and then have Bible Studies for all ages afterward. It's a great way to get involved with other Christians, as well as grow closer to God.
How can I grow closer to God?
Pray: Ask God to forgive you for the things you have done that are wrong, and tell Him you want Him to be the Lord and Savior of your life.
Seek: Seek Him by reading the Bible daily. Pray for Him to reveal Himself to you.
Live: Live out what you learn about God in His Word (the Bible).
Fellowship: Join other Christians who are following Him for strength, and encouragement, and to grow more in your relationship with Jesus.
